Tax Planning for Companies and individuals across the whole spectrum of taxes with particular focus on owner-managed businesses, entrepreneurs and high net worth individuals. Areas of specialism include advising on business structures and transactions; corporate reliefs including Research & Development Tax Credits; tax efficient reward and extraction of profit; capital gains tax; inheritance tax and Estate planning; Succession planning.

Advising clients on tax planning opportunities; Marketing and developing the business, with a tax focus.
Career
I joined Spicer & Oppenheim in London in 1985 as a trainee chartered accountant. After four years I decided to specialise in direct taxation. I have worked in various tax roles over the past 20+ years including senior manager at PwC focusing on corporate taxation and partner at John R Norman & Co in Pinner, Middlesex specialising in personal taxation. I joined Milner Boardman in July 2010 to concentrate on tax planning for entrepreneurs, owner-managed businesses and high net worth individuals.
