Finance Director Service

For many owner managed businesses it makes sense to use an independent person as a sounding board. Our Finance Director Service allows clients to have on the payroll a person with the credentials of an experienced finance director to provide such a sounding board and offer independent advice akin to the role of a non-executive Finance Director.

It is also sometimes necessary to fill a post temporarily. This is when our Finance Director service can help, by providing someone with the knowledge and experience to fill that gap.
Additionally many of our clients benefit from regular input, perhaps on a monthly basis, to help steer a particular project or support the managing director.

At the other end of the scale, it may be necessary to access extra resource to help, for example, with a system breakdown or temporary support in the event of, say, illness. Similarly if cash flow is suffering due to slow debtors, some interim credit control help can make all the difference between managing through a difficult time and having the bank manager pressurising you.
