Tax Investigation Fee Protection Insurance

From as little as £35 pa we offer our clients the facility to insure against the cost of professional representation in an Inland Revenue, VAT or PAYE investigation. 

Why does my business need fee protection? 

H M Revenue & Customs have the right to enquire into any tax return with the average cost of such enquiry, whether or not any errors are discovered, averaging £2,200.( CCH Claims dept.)  

The revenue have at least 12 months from the 31st January to start an enquiry, but can go further back if evidence comes to hand. 

Insurance ensures the ability to fight claims which previously would have been uneconomic for the business. 

We cant stop the authorities from commencing enquiries, but this insurance does mean that you will benefit from excellent advice, at no cost to you, when you need it most!
